This is fitness for every level. Each workout includes tons of modifications with the guidance of your fitness coach, so you can really MAKE IT YOUR OWN!
When we exercise, we often focus on losing fat and building muscle. However, we pay little or no attention to flexibility and the core strength that will support us long-term. If you’re already fit, this is a perfect opportunity to take your body to the next level of performance.
This is not a physical therapy program, and you should not start any exercise until your doctor clears you. However, many people have used this program to rebuild strength and flexibility after an injury. Check out my story here.
Not much! Just a mat, a towel, and your heart rate monitor, and water! Some people like to use a block. Mats are available for use, in limited quantities.
All you need to get the benefit of this program is to do the work! However, using an HRM is recommended because it lets you see your effort and your results, helping you maximize your performance each time.
