DDPY Fitness was developed in 1998 by pro wrestler Diamond Dallas Page, with the guidance of Dr. Craig Aaron, a prominent sports chiropractor, trainer, and certified yoga instructor. This real-life workout allowed DDP to repair and rebuild after years of wrestling injuries, including a broken back. Later that same year, DDP made an epic comeback to the ring, earning the title of World Heavyweight Champion. The guy who entered pro wrestling as the oldest rookie in history continued into his late 50s!
His desire to help others take back ownership of their lives has given birth to an international movement with certified trainers in all parts of the world. Jennifer brings that training to South Florida, tying it into a comprehensive regimen of healthy eating, activity, and balanced lifestyle.
